10 Acres (Tract 6) has a small stream located on back of property, 500 feet of road frontage, mature hardwoods, and food plots for wild life in place. Property's uniqueness is that it is located in the two counties, Troupe and Heard. There are great building sites in either county. Borders the Alabama state line. Small tracts are in great demand. Other adjacent tracts are available if you desire more acreage. 15 minutes to either downtown LaGrange or Franklin.
